About Hellen Dimas
With over 25 years’ experience in legal practice, Hellen helps individuals and companies with the purchase, sale or lease of residential and commercial property. Her expertise includes residential and commercial conveyancing (sale and purchase), leasing, off the plan sale contracts and purchases, transfer and refinancing transactions, first home buyer specialist, placing put and call options, PEXA Workspace settlements and power of attorney establishment.
Hellen’s excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, together with her prompt and courteous approach, helps to promote and protect her clients’ interests. Her strong negotiation skills on behalf of her clients are invaluable when securing a sale or purchase.
Hellen serves as a main committee member of the Hellenic Lyceum Sydney and provides Hellenic Lyceum with pro bono legal communication drafting services.
Outside of the office, Hellen loves to spend time with her family, cook and bake. In addition, Hellen sings in The National Metropolitan Choir of Australia. Hellen is a qualified junior soccer coach and coached for a number of years at Carss Park Football Association.
